This Privacy Policy describes how Own it Beauty Bar (the "Site", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit, use our services, or make a purchase from www.ownitbeautybar.com (the "Site") or otherwise communicate with us regarding the Site (collectively, the "Services"). For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "you" and "your" means you as the user of the Services, whether you are a customer, website visitor, or another individual whose information we have collected pursuant to this Privacy Policy.

Service Refund Policy
A deposit is required to secure your booking. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Training Refund Policy
The deposit required to secure your training is non-refundable. Training dates and datasets cannot be rescheduled, and all fees remain non-refundable.
Product Refund Policy
All product sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Image Consent
By allowing us to take your photos, you grant permission for their use in our promotional materials, including social media and marketing content.
LASH MODEL CONSENT FORM
Purpose of Agreement
The Model agrees to collaborate with The Business by providing lash modeling services in exchange for the following benefits: free or discounted lash services, and the opportunity for personal promotion on social media platforms. The content created during this collaboration will be posted on various social media accounts related to The Business, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and any other platforms that may arise.
1. Model’s Consent to Use Images and Videos
The Model hereby grants The Business the irrevocable right to take photographs, video, or other forms of media (“Content”) of the Model during the lash application process and after the completion of the lash service. The Model acknowledges and agrees that this Content may be used by The Business for marketing, advertising, social media posts, and other promotional materials.
2. Social Media Collaboration
The Model agrees to post the Content on their personal social media accounts, tagging The Business and using agreed-upon hashtags, as discussed prior to the session. These posts will serve to promote The Business’s services and work.
3. No Compensation
The Model acknowledges that this collaboration is non-compensated, and they will not receive monetary payment for the use of their image or video content. The Model will be receiving the lash services in exchange for their participation in this collaboration.
4. Usage Rights
The Model grants The Business full rights to use the Content, including but not limited to:
• Posting on social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Inclusion in promotional or marketing materials (digital, print, etc.)
• Display on The Business’s website or other advertising platforms.
The Model understands that this Content may be used indefinitely and without further consent or compensation.
5. Model’s Right to Withdraw Consent
The Model may request to withdraw their consent for the use of their Content at any time. However, the Model understands that the Content may have already been used in existing promotional materials, which may not be retractable. Any request to withdraw consent must be submitted in writing to The Business.
6. Indemnity
The Model agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Business, its agents, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the Content, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of copyright.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the details of the collaboration, including the use of any content, pricing, or special promotions unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
8. Release from Liability
By signing below, the Model releases The Business from any liability related to the use of the Content, the lash application process, and any reactions or damages arising from the service.
9. Agreement Duration
This Agreement remains in effect for as long as the Content is used by The Business for promotional purposes, unless the Model revokes consent in writing.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Site, update the "Last updated" date and take any other steps required by applicable law.
